All correspondence regarding Tours/Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to The Earth Safari.
Upon conrmation of booking, your contract is with The Earth Safari. A contract exists between us when we conrm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.
An advance deposit of 50% is required to initiate booking. The balance amount is due 60 days before the commencement of the tour program. If the reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the entire amount must be paid at the time of conrmation.
Note: In the case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (Festivals, National holidays, Long weekends, X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required at the time of booking.
All payments are to be made in the name of The Earth Safari.
Domestic payments can be made using any of the following methods:-
In case of payment through credit card, debit card, a 2.5% extra bank charge will be levied over and above the total amount.
Overseas payments can be made using any of the following methods:-
In case of payment through credit card, debit card and net banking the bank charges (4% extra) - would be levied over and above the total amount.
All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges for remittance would be borne by the payer.
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services, due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be e=ective from the date we receive the letter in writing, as follows:
Wildlife safaris booked into any of the Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable and cannot be amended.
Irrespective of the above-mentioned cancellation slabs, in case of cancellation of tour/travel services after the booking is made with us, a minimum 25% service charge would be applicable.
Regarding the refund of unused/unutilized services, the refund amount would be worked out based on the cancellation policy described above. The refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account or bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, a reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability/payment.
Please note that the cost of extra usage of the vehicle (cars / coaches with the driver) is not included in the services, and extra usage of the vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing is not allowed unless mentioned in the detailed itinerary/services.
Our rates are based on prevailing rates negotiated with hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify rates without notice. The Earth Safari and its associates act as agents for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing other services.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors may dictate itinerary changes. The Earth Safari reserves the right to amend any aspect of the itinerary without notice in the interest of the trip, participants’ safety, comfort, and general well-being.
The Earth Safari shall not be responsible for any delay, change in program, expenses incurred, or special/consequential loss, injury, and damage due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, weather, sickness, political closures, acts of God, or any other causes beyond our control.
Clients using equipment provided by hotels or rental bodies do so at their own risk. We do not have any insurance policy covering expenses for accidents, sickness, or loss due to theft. Visitors are advised to seek insurance arrangements in their home country.
The Earth Safari reserves the right to cancel services if it deems the tour, trip, or passage impracticable for any reason. The company also reserves the right to refuse to carry out its contract with any person it may consider undesirable.
